We prefer finding good people over filling specific projects. We research what interests us so that we can do good work and pursue interesting, compelling, and novel ideas.

We are minimally hierarchical. The goal is to make everyone feel equal and like they have a say. Everyone should help each other, as that is when we do the best science.

Guided by Data
We allow our data to guide us to new avenues of research. If we find something unexpected in our data, we explore it fully, creating many opportunities for new projects and ideas.
